Strategy
The current strategy of Compass Missions (current strategy implemented in 2009) is to use its financial and human resources to encourage and assist missions that are doing excellent work in direct evangelism and/or church planting, or ministry leadership development. Because the greatest amount of physical and spiritual suffering occurs in the 10/49 window and the fewest numbers of Christians are located there, an emphasis is given at Compass Missions to that area of the world. There are some local service organizations that we partner with that are purely/primarily community service focused.
Missions LIFE Team
The Missions LIFE Team meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Colleyville Guest Gathering. If you have any interest in Global Outreach (medical, teaching, prayer support, evangelism, missionary care, or education/awareness of our own members) you are invited to come to a Mission LIFE meeting. We appreciate an RSVP to billgroom@mycompasschurch.com , but it is not required.
