Tom Pembleton was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Cincinnati Bible Seminary, now known as Cincinnati Christian University, where he graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sacred Literature. He’s been married to Marcia for 42 years. They have three children, Brock, Ticia and Brad, and 9 grandchildren. Tom has served in various ministry roles including Youth Minister and Associate Minister, as well as Senior Minister for five different congregations. He has ministered for churches in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New Mexico and Texas during his 46 years in ministry. He is happy to join the staff of Compass after serving with Story Road Christian Church in Irving. Tom oversees the facilities, seniors ministry and adult education for Compass Colleyville.
