GRACE is a Grapevine, Texas based nonprofit relief agency which provides food, clothing, financial assistance, and other vital necessities to people who are struggling with a limited income or recent emergency. The philosophy of GRACE is that encouraging self-sufficiency will, in turn, encourage community cohesiveness. Compassion and assistance are offered as a response to God’s grace by local churches in partnership with municipalities, businesses, civic organizations, and individuals. The New Hope Center’s mission is to provide emergency assistance of food, clothing, and other resources to families in need. On average, we serve around 300 individuals each week. Click on a link below to see how you can get involved today!

The CEC works directly with families and individuals to move them out of crisis and into stability through employment readiness, high school equivalency, financial coaching, counseling, safe housing, food and basic necessities. These tools and Christ-centered resources help the CEC coaching staff to restore hope and share God’s love while guiding families toward a bright future which will end their cycle of poverty and/or family violence.

SOS is committed to developing sustainable solutions to the problems that at-risk children face every day. We are committed to being a voice that calls a community to rally around these solutions.

SERVING OUR SENIORS (S.O.S.)

SOS is a non-profit organization supported by churches, civic groups, businesses, and individuals, to provide Help, Hope, and Healing to our resident Senior Community.

Mission Statement: Working together to preserve the independence and well-being of our senior neighbors in Northeast Tarrant County. SOS provides three key programs for seniors. 

Volunteer opportunities include:

1. TRANSPORTATION - Volunteers transport seniors to routine medical appointments; and grocery/pharmacy pick-up.

2. HELPING HANDS – volunteers help with seasonal lawn care and assist with the w/installation of grab bars, wheelchair ramps, and minor home repairs.

3. SOCIAL OUTREACH – volunteers assist with monthly luncheons for seniors, Visiting/Phone-A-Friend program, and Holiday Outreach delivering gifts and food baskets.

A “Back-Up Caregiver” is a passionate volunteer who has the desire and ability to go above and beyond normal service, and who is willing to go through a rigorous screening and training process in order to become able to assist CH’s paid staff members with the duties of mentoring and directly supervising the children who have been placed in our care. This opportunity is not for everyone, but those who do have the calling and drive to assume the Back-Up Caregiver role will be offering vital help to CH and the blessed ministry that the Lord has tasked us with. We invite women and men with a heart for our ministry, no matter their previous level of knowledge or experience, to learn more about our ministry and prayerfully consider joining us. 

The Gatehouse gives a hand to goal-oriented women working to overcome hardships by equipping them to create a foundation for permanent self-sustainability. The goal is for every Gatehouse Program graduate to pay all living expenses independently without outside or government assistance and have the skills to maintain lifelong self-sustainability. There are several ways to volunteer at The Gatehouse.
