AUDITION PROCESS

We so are excited for what’s happening and what’s going to happen at Compass for our Worship Ministry. We’re now accepting all worship auditions via video submission and we are looking forward to seeing them.

Follow the directions below to fill out our Worship form and submit your video. After reviewing your video we will email you your next steps. If you play multiple instruments and want to audition with them all, we ask that you submit videos for each. This includes vocalists who also play instruments.

Male Vocalists: Sing the Chorus and Bridge a cappella (no accompaniment) of “No Other Name” by Hillsong Worship.
Sing a Verse and Chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.

Female Vocalists: Sing Verse 1, PreChorus and Chorus a cappella (no accompaniment) of “You Make Me Brave” by Bethel Music.
Sing a Verse and Chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.

CREATING YOUR VIDEO

1. Download

Download the Audition Resources and follow the instructions.

2. Upload

Upload your video to YouTube. Under the privacy settings, select “Unlisted” and title the video with “Your Name-Compass Worship Audition”

3. Submit

Submit your audition by filling out the Worship Audition Form. Include the YouTube link to your video on the form.
